• Estimates: Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates from carriers (USPS/UPS) and are not guaranteed by ShePhoo Elegance LLC.

4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our handcrafted personal care and pet products, all sales are final for health and safety reasons. If your product arrives damaged or if there is an error with your order, please contact us at shephooelegance1010@gmail.com, within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.
